Official Refund Policy
Diamond Key LLC. will, at its discretion, provide refunds for transactions in cases of fraud.

Difference Between Cancellation and Refund
Canceling an account is different that refunding a transaction. Many of the membership levels that we offer recur periodically. Canceling a subscription stops further billing for the membership while keeping that membership active throughout the remainder of the current period. When a membership is canceled no transactions are necessarily refunded. Should you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy please refer to it: Cancellation Policy.

I got a refund but it hasn't shown up yet.
Refunds typically post within 3-5 business days. If after that time you still do not show the refund on your account feel free to contact us either here or at our customer support line: 970-367-7676
